My grandson’s symptoms became so much worse overnight that I made him an appointment at Well Now Urgent Care. When we arrived we were told they were running 2 hrs behind and gave us the option of being seen by Telehealth or a physician. I chose whichever would get him seen ASAP. By the time triage was completed, 2hrs later his temp was 103.9 so they moved us to a room for exam by a physician.
The nurses, Medical Assistant, and the Physician were very efficient and really took great care of all of his needs with testing and etc.

I went to 3 places to be seen on Sunday. The first place said they were closed (even though there was 40 minutes before they closed) and not seeing anyone else. The lady behind the desk told me there was another one across town. I went there and (it was an hour and fifteen minutes before they closed) was once again told they weren't taking anyone else the rest of the night. I asked for another place to go. I finally got to WellNow Urgent Care and saw no cars. I was afraid they were closed too. (Sign said 8pm.) I walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the waiting room on how looked. I went there with a terrible headache and high blood pressure. The nurse and the doctor took care of me patiently and were extremely friendly and caring. They even guided me perfectly so I could get my medicine that same night. Thank you!
