Worst doctor ever!!! I'm a single working mom and yes I've worn my contacts too long. Instead of sympathizing with me and making me see I need to do better, he criticized me, made me cry, then refused to give me a contact prescription. I agreed to rest my eyes and get glasses but he still didn't care. Just continued to belittle me and make me cry. Said my eyes were swollen but never did anything to measure them.

Had a $130 credit for contacts and was told that would cover a 6 month supply. Fast forward to pickup and I'm told to pay $70 for my order. No discussion of out of pocket cost was had. With them still using paper records there's no way to know whom I spoke to originally and when I asked what could be done was told "I guess you can return half the order and not pay as much." Rude staff, lacking customer service training, stuck in the past with paper records, and lack of understanding pricing is leading me to go elsewhere for my business after being a patient here for 15 years.

This place is terrible customer service is awful they don’t sit and take the time with you had to go somewhere else because the experience was horrible and when you call them and try to explain more then once and have to go to them more then once they have an attitude with you if I cant see or if they don’t fit fix it I have insurance but also had to pay out of pocket at another place to get it done right
