I had dropped my cell phone and it would not turn on. The guys at the store ordered a new screen and were able to get the phone to turn, therefore I was able to retrieve all my contacts, photos, and notes that would not transfer to my new phone. I really appreciate all the work they did to help me out.

I was turned away from another place because they told me it would cost more to fix than to replace. Decided to give another repair shop a try and went to UBreakiFix.Not only was Nick immediately able to tell me they could fix it for less than the other quote -but they said they could have it ready in a few days. Very happy & Would recommend.

Quick service on replacing my battery. However, I did feel misled about time to expect my battery to be shipped to their store. I was told two days till it came it, ended up taking a week.
