True Crew was chosen by Grace Episcopal Church Muncie to replace rotted windows that were installed when the new addition was built. They were prompt with all meetings and communications and very thorough with their procedures. I knew EXACTLY what they were going to do and when. When the job was completed their clean up was immaculate. Zac was a pleasure to work with, no high pressure and very knowledgeable about their products. The workmen were exceptional, courteous and very pleasant. The company ethics fit with our church's goal to hire local when possible and use minorities when possible. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I'm sure that HAD there been any issues they would have corrected them immediately, but there weren't.
After 10 years in our house, it was finally time to replace our (already old) windows. I researched multiple companies and sat through a handful of unnecessary dog-and-pony shows before ultimately settling on True Crew. Our house is ~120 years old, and we've worked with many contractors over the years while renovating and updating. True Crew has been hands down our best experience. They were attentive to our needs, and helped guide us to wonderful new windows and front door for our house. Their communication was top notch, and when they said they were going to do something, they did it. Their pricing was extremely fair, and they didn't use the same high-pressure or gimmicky tactics that other companies used. The guys who handled the installation were friendly, prompt, and took extra care to ensure every window and the front door were properly installed. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them. If you're shopping for windows, save yourself the sales pitches I endured and call True Crew. You won't regret it. 10 stars.
