This crew trimmed libs for nipsco to fix my transformereft debris in my backyard on my fence huge limb in my garden. Pulled lines down from AT&T 2 lines to exact. A ig mess and I'm left holding the bag. I will not pay out .y po kept for this mess. Crew should be fired I have more damage to my yard than the storms that went through. And company refuses to answer phone. If they ain't fired if this sits for 24 hours I Will sue this company
Townsend came to clear trees by powerless , I had 4 vines growing on my chain link fence that are within the fence in my yard , 2 2 grape vines and 2 decorative vines for privacy , they cut 3 of them , then sprayed herbicides and killed 12 of my wife's border hostas , I paid $23 each , these workers are stupid or uneducated, why are they still in business , They didn't deserve a 1 star rating but that's the lowest score , if you see Townsend near your yard they are definitely going to destroy something
Came home to 2 random men in my back yard, they let themselves into the gate, when asking why they were there without permission they stated they knocked but no one answered... no one was home. Apparently they were called by my neighbor that lives behind me and they needed to use my tree an an anchor. They also parked in front of my driveway so I couldn't get in the driveway. I asked them to leave so I could let my dog out they told me give them 10 minutes, very dismissive. I tried to call for clarification and received no answer.
