Honestly I've had enough encounters with this tree service that I have nothing good to say about them. They came through and cut branches that were near a line that is in our backyard. When they left in their huge truck, they dug big trenches in our backyard that we now have to repair. We are in our 60s. Unacceptable! Worst ever!
This is my second review on Townsend tree company
I had a encounter with two of their employees, one's name was Dusty and the other one was Walter. When I approached these two gentlemen it was obvious that I was upset. They allowed me to explain why I was upset, in a matter of a few words they took the anxiety that I was feeling and turned it into a positive they took my name and my number and assured me that someone from their home office would contact me and resolve the conflict. These two gentlemen were very respectful, polite, and reassuring that my complaint was valid. I give these 2 gentleman a five star !
I can only hope that Townsend tree service recognize these… read full review
This company is awful!!!! They came on my property to trim a tree back. They ended up cutting down the whole tree and left everything laying on my property. I've called and messaged the man several times which I can see he's read my messages but refuses to reply to me.
