This company deserves a no star review at best. A contract company for electric companies with a (legal right) to tresspass and vandalize citizens. Pointless to call thier office its nothing but an endless loop of being transferred to the next middle man. They put homeowners in danger with thier trimming practices with no accountability. Thier workers are unprofessional with an arrogant attitude toward anyone who is opposed to thier destructive work ethic. Townsend was taking down trees in our area, along the side of the road. They knocked out our power and ripped our Internet line out of the ground. They had to see that before they drove off. Electric was fixed but now we are out of Internet for a few more days. Sucks when you pay what we pay for it!
They trimmed our tree in the front yard of our home , they said because of power lines but they didnt just trim, they butchered the tree and cut branches on the other side that weren't even close to the power lines. They were closer to the lines going to our house, which i know isn't the reason because they didnt touch our neighbors and they got a tree all in their lines going to their house. Very poor work, my tree looks stupid now.
