These guys do outstanding work. Very polite and professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning up all debris. We appreciate all their hard work keeping our power lines cleared to reduce outages.
The worst company ever, in my opinion! They have totally destroyed my trees! Nipsco hired them to trim my trees by the power lines, trim, not destroy!. They took every bit of limbs, leaves and left barren tree trunks! They also left a huge mess of tree limbs, huge limbs and branches in my yard, I am a 60 year old disabled lady, I can’t dispose of them! My lawn service comes to mow Fridays, but they will not move it or clean it up. The town put up a barrier of bushes and small trees to stop all the noise from the factory, Townsend took them all down which violated our town policy! This company came out per Duke energy to trim a tree around a power line and left my yard like this while I was on vacation, He said it was agreed that they leave the debris for us to clean up.
