10 to 15 things on the list that never got fixed after them finishing my home. Took almost a year and a half to finally get somebody out here. They looked at it they did not want to fix doors they did not want to fix stuff in the kitchen. Overall would not recommend this company to build a shed.

Called several times reaching out to speak with Steve Spaulding regarding an issue that is concerning watershed. The house they are currently building on river road in Yorktown seems to be looking like it will be displacing water onto my property and I have called to get information because of my concern and I can't get anyone to return my call. I have left two messages.. one at the regular office in Cammack, and then one for Steve directly..then upon getting ro my property Wednesday afternoon TK has dumped gravel, gone onto my property over a dividing fence and made a huge mess on my property..so I made another call. I own a TK home. I have numerous pictures and videos of the build. They refuse to discuss or come back and recognize the mistakes. Next steps are inspection to check against building codes. Not looking favorable.
