One of THE most inconsiderate companies. Is doing work in a residential neighborhood in Muncie ALL night long, that was not emergency. Refused to stop working, kept numerous people up all night due the extreme noise that was vibrating our house. Numerous neighbors are beyond livid, my kids weren't able to go to school due to last nights hellfest from this company.

Marie did a super job installing multiple smart switches in my home. Very professional, on time and was patient with all my questions. Also, pricing was reasonable. Will definitely be using their service in the future.Also, keep in mind some "local" companies are actually from out of state. They simply create a fake local address in google and add their phone number. When you call them, they contract out the work and mark up the price. Took 3 visits to install a single outlet along with a new pushmatic breaker. I told them that's what I had prior to the first first and they said they would have the part to which they did not. So the electrician decided not to install the line on the first visit and they rescheduled for a second visit almost a week or 2 later. He did do another job for me while on this visit though and I was charged what I felt was a fair price for the work at that time.

A new electrician showed up a second visit and I show him where I wanted the outlet. He then tells me he thought he only needed to put the breaker in and doesn't have the materials to install the outlet and line...read full review
