If you have complex medical needs, chronic illnesses, or are looking for a provider who actually listens, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I saw NP Tiffany Pierce and Dr. Holcomb for a sudden, severe relapse of symptoms despite my strict lifestyle and weight-loss maintenance. Instead of investigating my concerns or running the appropriate panels, I was completely dismissed and told to come back in six months. I went in to get a primary physician. The person I seen seemed real nice. I didn't like how they didn't accept what I chose for my treatment to be but wanted to push their own treatment I didn't like that. There supposed to be certain medical orders issued 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on those orders. They're supposed to be pre-authorizations put in for lifesaving insulin again 2 weeks later I'm still waiting no information no updates no nothing. I sign into the portal and there is nothing on the portal only thing exists was my last ER visit. Clearly nothing is being updated on time and regularly like it needs to be. Dr. Erin Vinson and her staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and excellent at their profession! In addition, IU Pharmacy Located at the same facility is equally amazing and professional.
