Very disappointed with this recent.'handling' of answering questions regarding our taxes this year! Made A SPECIFIC APPT TIME AND DATE THAT ALMOST WASNT HONOURED! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! The Anderson Ind location...
When we did get hold of the 'tax preparer'...seemed as if it was a 'bother' to get him Mr Spangler to answer our questions! Was good for the first few years...suppose we are 'small peanuts' compared to the other 600 people he does taxes for...and feels we are much TOO unnecessary to work work with! FINE! GOING ELSEWHERE next year for our taxes!!!!

Great team of tax professionals. The consulting and advisement we get on a quarterly, proactive basis is invaluable. I appreciate their insights on how we can improve and also navigating the ever changing tax codes.

I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING HERE. I stopped in to have my taxes filed. The receptionist was rude and made me feel unwelcome. She said that I would have to make an appointment to meet with someone (understandable), and took my number. I decided to file taxes elsewhere and she never called back.
