Aqua Systems is a great company. We have had one of their Water Softeners for 6 years. They are reliable, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company.
Wonderful, seamless experience with new water softener installation. Mr. Wilson explained all the paperwork thoroughly, as well as what to expect with the softener itself. Very professional.
We also buy all our salt at the drive-thru at Aqua Systems in Muncie. Super easy!
Payton installed my new water softener and reverse osmosis filter quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and helpful at all points, explaining how the systems work and the replacement and maintenance cycles. He cleaned up thoroughly after. Totally satisfied with my new setup and I'm happy I picked Aqua Systems!
