It was very confusing to find my local place phone number. They wanted to give me whichever headgear they wanted to sell. I had to ask for my choice & GO there to choose it. I could choose w pictures they send me. Cpap not in use yet.
I have gotten great service from the Muncie branch. Whenever I call, they are attentive and pleasant. They make sure to take care of my needs. The service guy for my area, Jeff is great and gets a 12 out of 10 in my book. He is always pleasant and so helpful, what a great and caring man. Thank you all.
My husband has oxygen and has had the best care with Apria. I, personally, have been disappointed in the help I have called and asked for help knowing what to do with C-Pap. The lady I spoke with just told me I needed something different, disconnected me with no more words, and sent me to the supply place. Sure did not help my questions. I am still having problems.
