Patrick took our phone call immediately on a Sunday. From the start he was compassionate and gentle. He explained the process very thoroughly and gave us multiple opportunities to decide which services we wanted to have. He articulated the legalities of our complicated family situation very well and did his best to accommodate our circumstances while working within the law. I am confident that my family member will be handled with care and dignity. I will use their services in the future and recommend them for anyone else who needs to lay a loved one to rest.
We had the pleasure of meeting Mark to make our arrangements for our father. Mark was so helpful and he kept us all in good spirits. Like our dad would of wanted us to be. He had a since of urgency and the best knowledge for our situation. I highly advice anyone who needs these services to inquire about Mark and the Genda Funeral Home.
