The staff was very helpful with Gracie’s first visit. They helped me get her out of the car and into the building safely. They also helped me get her back to the car after my visit. The doctor answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. I was very pleased as usual.

From the time I walk in with one of my furbabies, until I leave; The staff at Hawthorne make us all feel like we are top priority. I have moved states quite a bit and have had many vets through the years; Hawthorne is one that was hard to get in to - But after meeting everyone, I can see why. Excellent care and Excellent staff.
