In April 2020 I hired P.C. Roofing to replace my roof and roof decking. **** was very friendly and worked with the insurance company to ensure the cost was covered. He told me his roofing crew, JBH Remodeling LLC, also known as Oaks Pressure Washing, ********, was one of the best he has, During and after the job was done, **** reassured me it was a sound roof. The summer of 2020 there was a lot of popping sounds coming from the roof. **** reassured me that it is normal. In January 2021 I was in the back yard and glanced up and saw a 4x8 section of my roof raised up. I found 1 other hump in the front of the house. After more inspection 2 more areas were found. **** blamed the insulation company. They had their inspector and engineer go into and inspect the attic. Denying it was an insulation issue. **** then sent me to Jonathan's ***** **************************** denied the claim due to ******** NOT having coverage for their WORKMANSHIP. **** would not answer my calls. I got names of his Insurance companies from the previous ***** companies. Two of ****** companies denied the claims since they didn't have coverage with **** at the time he did my roof. I then had to hire my own Forensic Engineer at a cost over $2,000 + in order to get a written report, which showed the decking was NOT properly nailed down and did NOT have spacers between the boards. Finally ****** 3rd company was the correct insurer. After 14 months of being sent to various insurers the 3rd insurance *** paid the claim with no hesitation. I took meticulous notes of names, times, dates and conversations of every phone call and onsite inspections. I would NOT recommend P.C. ********************************************* or his subcontractor, ********, JBH Remodeling to do any work. Make sure you get ***************** policies from the contractor and subcontractor. ALWAYS take notes recording EVERYTHING and don't give up.

They also replaced hail damage on my vinyl siding and trim around the windows along with replacing windows. Excellent work skills and very professional.I would hiring PC Roofing again I always recommend them to friends and family.Services: Gutter installation

Fast, Efficient!
After a hail storm damaged our roof, gutters and siding, P.C. Roofing came in and gave us a estimate to repair all of the damaged areas. They worked very close with our insurance claims adjuster and were very instrumental in pointing out the problems with the adjuster, so that we had no problems of our insurance honoring the claim. PC Roofing then acted as general contractor for the entire job making sure we had a fast, efficient and quality job.
