Horse and Hound has been wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, we’ve had two horses get injured and Dr. Blackwell did a great job of getting them better. If your horse is lame she will find out why and get you on the road to recovery.
We also had the unfortunate experience of severe ulcers with one of our horses recently and Dr. Kemper did a wonder job of helping us clear them up. She educated us and got him on the right diet and future prevention steps to take before competing again.

Can't recommend them enough. We've worked with all the docs but work with Dr Hopper the most and she's truly a gift to the vet world. She's helped us from simple checkups all the way to helping guide end of life care and now helping take care of our new puppy. The staff and especially Dr Hopper seem to truly care and so happy to have found them 🫶
I rescued a pup when he was 13 yrs old, last week at the age of 17 I had to make a hard decision as he started to lose weight, his hips couldn't hold up from the pain, started to walk in circles and seemed confused. I felt it was time to consider a pain free route, I was able to hug and pray for him in my arms as he passed. The Vet and Vet tech were so amazing! I couldn't believe how amazing they were. I will be forever thankful I choose Horse and Hound for our animal needs and mine, Thank you!
