My little poodle was badly abused before I got him. He is afraid of everything. I was hesitant to drop him off with strangers and leave him as he has come to trust me and freak out when I'm not around. But his dense fur was badly overgrown and his tail was thickly matted. I left him at Critters after discussing how I wanted him cut. When I came back to get him he looked great. He was calm and sat in his little wire crate while I paid the incredibly low price for his grooming. The dog and I are both happy.

I could not be happier with the service we received on our two GSD’s, and even a nail trim for our old little lady. This is the first time I have had my white GSD groomed and he isn’t getting hair everywhere when we pet him, usually no matter how much I pay he comes home with hair flying. I am so impressed and finally, I feel like I have found someone to be a loyal customer. It’s about a 30 minute drive from us, but completely worth it the drive and every penny.
