I'm new to the area, and just don't know most of the time who the "go-to" businesses are in Monticello. I needed some new augers and poles for my dock and it was kind of an emergency. I went to a few stores and no luck. I did have a fine worker from Rural King recommend I just head over to "see Rudy". Lo and behold Rudy took care of me on the spot. Life as a Hoosier just keeps getting better. While I was there, a father and son came in with a broken muffler from an ATV. Rudy offered the young lad a bag of skittles that he keeps in his stash for just the occasion. Thank you Rudy for making my day and helping me out when I was in need. You're a blessing to all.

Needed a piece of diamond plate cut and bent for a garage door threshold. Younger guy I talked to on the phone said stop in and we'll get you fixed up. Had me in and out in 10 min at an extremely fair price. Got another project I've been putting off and I'll be taking it to Owens soon. Helluva service they gave me. Wish I had a shop like this closer to my house. Mark Morris and Mark Moore of Monticello sent me to Owens shop.
