Mr. Ken really did a great job! He was very professional and courteous. He stopped to answer all our questions even when we were just throwing them out there. We never took him off his square, he stayed solid and focused. He informed us of his next area to inspect, just in case we had other questions. Well I could go on about how he went over and above our expectations. I'll just say...Thank you Ken, and I will refer as many couples I come across who are buying a home to KB Inspections anytime!
We used Ken as an inspector for the second time in November and were just as pleased with his professionalism and promptness as our first experience working with him. He took the time to answer all of our questions and delivered the report on the same day!
Ken is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is responsive and extremely knowledgable. The reporting system and appointment system are easy to use and read. I enjoy working with Ken and would HIGHLY recommend his as an inspector.
