The day after I called, they sent out a technician named Robert, who was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my crawlspace, for any issues. When he came back out, he showed me pictures of his findings and explained everything in detail. They were very respectful and prompt. They listened to what our problem was and suggested the service with a variety of payment plans. They are very knowledgeable about pests and proud of it.
I have used their services twice since moving into this area. Both times there was absolutely no activity afterwards in house, basement, attic, or garage. The first time it was several months (abt 6) before I saw anything at all. I called for them to return due to a few ants. Ants were gone immediately. Really happy with their service. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and paid attention to my requests. I don't live in Monticello but have made an appt for within a few days. Do recommend and they will be my pest control service.
