I noticed our older heat pump wasn't keeping our house warm on Sunday. The compressor wasn't running and was tripping the breaker when I tried to reset it. I called Miles that day and set up an appointment for the next day, Monday. They stated they would be there between 9:00 and 10:00 A.M. They showed up right on time around 9:30. They diagnosed the issue as a seized compressor and recommended either replacing the compressor or replacing the heat pump due to the age of the unit. They stated they would provide quotes for both options by Tuesday. They have had to come out 2 different times, due to our furnace being 30 years old. They were out here on a Friday at 4 till 5 making sure we had heat due to really cold weather coming. Thank you so much.
Had a mini split unit installed, happy with the unit. Great customer service!! Service calls always answered and they answer questions without hesitation and come and check if you have any problems!! They have taken care of our home unit as well!! Great company!!
