I used to be very happy with Edward's. My last few experiences have been less than stellar, including being charged more than quoted, part of which may well have been a misunderstanding, but they were unable to work with me at all. I will be finding another HVAC contractor for my future business.

Pros: able to get scheduled the same week I called. Timely arrival. David and Ethan were friendly and respectful. Heater was fixed in a matter of minutes as they had the part on the truck, and the total cost including service call was $130, compared to the estimate of another company of $600+.I emailed them once and got a same day response on a weekend, which I didn’t expect.Cons: called 1 day, gave info and was told the person who does the scheduling would call me back.....that didn’t happen, I had to call again......no big deal as they came out the next day.
