It's so hit or miss with their customer service. Some times I will get some one that is super helpful but then some times there is a lady that is not helpful, has an attitude, and doesn't try.
The staff were friendly and very effective. I was able to return a product (purchased on another's account) for credit without any hassle. Adrian in particular really made me feel welcome, showing me exactly what I needed and giving me a couple small, free samples of a product they recommended. Thank you!
I go see Janaysha once a week for a blow out. She is amazing! Patient with my extremely thick and long hair, but also faster than anyone else who has every styled it. My hair has never looked better and I get so many compliments.
