I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from my Terminix technician, Jason. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing and what to expect going forward. He was incredibly detail-oriented, answered all of my questions with patience, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done. It was late in the day and he still didn’t rush. Thank you Jason for your professionalism and dedication!
Great people to work with when it comes to protecting the most important thing you buy, your home. I had signs of possible termites and called to confirm. They came out and inspected my home, verified that we indeed did have termites and the next day a gentleman came out and installed the system in about 20 minutes.
Hired termini to do an exclusion at my house in Huntington. They were to put cap on a vent and on our chimney and seal off any openings. They came and sealed the house and put a cap on the vent but said they didn't have the chimney cap and they had it on order. 2 weeks later we got a message saying we needed to make payment. Told them I'll gladly pay half but im not paying in full until the job is completed (bill is $2500). A week later we got another message saying our bill is going to collection since we haven't paid even though they haven't finished the job.
