Hired termini to do an exclusion at my house in Huntington. They were to put cap on a vent and on our chimney and seal off any openings. They came and sealed the house and put a cap on the vent but said they didn't have the chimney cap and they had it on order. 2 weeks later we got a message saying we needed to make payment. Told them I'll gladly pay half but im not paying in full until the job is completed (bill is $2500). A week later we got another message saying our bill is going to collection since we haven't paid even though they haven't finished the job. We had a free inspection after sending pictures of potential termite activity in our basement. Our inspector, Travis, took a look around and determined that it, thankfully, wasn't actually termites at all! We appreciate the honesty and attention to detail.
