My dryer vent was dirty, luckily they don’t charge by the pound, Ryan and Chris came 1st thing in the morning I did move all my clothes out but they were able to do the work with ease, I’m very happy with the results and believe that I should keep a schedule of cleaning the vent thanks Stanley for being so easy and quick
They did a great job! Very courteous and professional. Very happy to see the care they took bringing in equipment- not to mark up walls or woodwork. PLEASE get the technology people to fix the drivers' gps. It was not working ( and I understand there are other vehicles that also don't work) The result is that customers have no idea when Stanley Steamer will arrive because they can't track the truck. Many businesses have this and it is a great convenience for your customers.
Also, price quoted and sent to me was not what was actually charged, even though I provided the dimensions of the rug. Actual charge was more.
Carey and Jeff are the nicest, most respectful, and hard working Men that take pride in their work to make a customer extremely happy. I have a good size area in my walkout basement that was a really bad mess because I had a dog that had cancer and couldn't make it to the door ever to relieve herself outside and would just potty on the carpet. I had just broken my arm and never could clean it right. Next thing I know my Daughter and her Son had to move in immediately not long ago due to an abusive relationship, and the back area in the basement was disgusting because of my sick dog. .
