“I have been seeing Dr. Kim since November through Workers’ Compensation for severe knee pain that was making it difficult to walk and keep up with my students during the school day. From the very first appointment, he listened carefully and explained exactly what he believed was wrong with my knee.
What really impressed me was how thorough he was. After discussing my knee, he also evaluated my right shoulder, even though I had not come in focused on that issue. He gave me an injection to help determine the source of the pain and explained that he suspected a torn rotator cuff. Unfortunately, Workers’ Comp delayed approval for treatment, but I appreciated that he recognized the issue early on.
After finally receiving approval, I am scheduled for knee surgery on June 2nd. Dr. Kim has been professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Based on my experience and the excellent reviews I have seen, I feel confident and optimistic going into surgery.
