Super friendly. Lost massage time because the person did not know that I had paperwork to fill out. Paid for 60 minutes. Only got a half an hour. The massage therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and provided individual treatment with me.
I can't recommend Ashley enough for facials! She's great at explaining each step, tailoring the service for what I need, and recommending products without being pushy. I loved the esthetician who did my facials at the Valpo location and when I moved to this area I was cautious because I have a lot of skin issues and have had bad experiences with facials. But my skin has improved so much since consistently getting facials with Ashley and she made me feel comfortable from the start. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and sweet and I like all the massage therapists I've seen as well. I have to give a shout out to Kori and Daisy for my visit from last night. I was only scheduled for a facial at 6:30 due to the massages being booked up for the rest of the night and tomorrow. As I was talking to Kori, she said give me one second and I will see if we can fit you on in. Daisy ended up staying even past the time she was supposed to go home, just so that they I could get my massage. I cannot thank you both enough for the great evening that you guys provided me. Thank you again to both of you guys.
