Ok work interesting customer service. I had a pair of pants hemmed here as I had just moved from another state and needed a new tailor. When I went in she was very short, not quite rude, but short with me. When she measured she put one safety pin in one side of my pants and that was all she did. When I received the pants they were ok but not perfect as they could of been with a little more care and time in measuring both sides, maybe a chalk mark, I don't know, I can only base it on what every other tailor in my life has done.

Kim is the best. Prompt, communicative, reliable. I had an Anthropologie dress that was a bit too wide in the bodice. Kim made it so that it seemed tailored especially for my body. Thanks Kim!

I have been very pleased with her work. I've had like 5 pairs of pants shortened and one pair repaired. She has always done excellent work for a fair price. I usually leave her a $2 tip.
