But, it's a refurbished device--I bought it to to try to keep my costs down--and it arrived with several dead pixels. Lenovo directed me to Century Computers for warranty work, and I am very happy with the results. The fit and finish still looks as good as when it arrived the first day. They put the machine back together as good as new. And, to add benefit to quality work, they requested a screen manufactured by AUO. My device came with an LG screen, and while these have identical specs, the AUO screen is known for having much better color reproduction and a more even illumination pattern. They didn't need to do this, but they did, and I'm very thankful. Additionally, I dropped it off mid-day Monday, and I received it back mid-day on Wednesday. This is incredibly fast service.“
