Harlan Heating & Cooling was referred to us by American Home Shield our home warranty company. They come out annually to do our maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. George has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and very punctual. We have used other Companies in the past but no one can compare. We are extremely appreciative of George and only will be using Harlan Heating & Cooling for our HVAC needs.
We came home late from out of town and turned the furnace on for the first time and went to bed. We woke up to a very cold house and realized the furnace was not working. We called Harland Heating and Cooling at 9:00 am and George showed up at 11:00am as he said he would. The furnace was kaput and George said he would replace it ASAP, but it might take a few days. To our surprise, George showed the next day with a building permit and a new furnace. Four hours later, we were warm and cozy. I appreciated how he prioritized our dilemma. George is dependable and reliable which builds trust. I would not hesitate recommending George for any of your HVAC needs.
