Terrell W. And Brian did a fabulous job of setting up my TV! They explained how the remote works. They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend these two fantastic people!

Refrigerator scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday. Email the day before confirmed delivery between 8:00 and 12:00. Tuesday morning email said delivery at 8:55. Took everything out of old refrigerator. Waited till 10:00. No call, no email. About 10:30 checked status on line. Said delivery cancelled! Call phone number listed. Representative said sorry, delivery person didn't show up. After all the work we did to get ready after getting confirming email the morning the delivery was scheduled, we had to make phone call to find out that weren't going to be there. No phone call, no nothing. This is the epitome of terrible customer service. I have had excellent results from Home Depot in the past. That's where I'm going next time.

Ordered a microwave oven wall combination. They gave us a delivery date and said it would be installed between 7AM and 7 PM but that they would call us the night before w a more exact time window. No call. Sat home the entire day it was supposed to be be delivered and installed and they never came. No call. Tried calling them but you can't call local store and calling national number was fruitless. Finally contacted someone the day after it was supposed to arrive and was told " they must not have your phone number.'. Amazing since called and texted to set up delivery. Canceled order. Going to Lowe's. Never again Best Buy. Suspect you'll be going the way of Circuit City anytime now.
