    Terrell W. And Brian did a fabulous job of setting up my TV! They explained how the remote works. They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend these two fantastic people!

    Washer and dryer come with delivery and installation, says website. They are delivered on time. No hoses or power cords. Let alone instillation. Tell store, they respond " yeah, it comes with delivery and installation if you pay for it. When shopping or checking out, the website states the whole way that it comes with delivery and installation. And then you find out after they don't install it that installation cost extra . so they just get to tell you that you get free installation all the way up until the point where you don't get free installation .and that's how they run their business. The number given for the store from Google is a waste of time don't even fuck with it. He just tries to randomly guess your problem and it never gets it right so it hangs up on you . not only did I have to drive to the store to tell them the installation wasn't complete. But upon being ripped off I found out I actually had to even then buy the included accessories also. Well, at least when I bought the washer and dryer it said each came with $150 gift card so when I find out that the washers worth half of $150 gift card in the dryer was worth half of the $150 gift card and I was lucky enough to buy those two things at the same time to get a whole $150 gift card. Said it takes four weeks to email it to you. Best Buy's asked me to verify my email six times after verifying it three times so I'm sure this is going to go smoothly.

    The employees are nice, but the management definitely needs to care about their culture and hiring practices more. They're incredibly unresponsive to applicants and take a very corporate "we don't care" type of attitude which is mirrored in their in-person customer service being lackluster.
