Housing is not the greatest. It is an older house. There is huge gaps between the base boards. You can look down the gaps and see the basement. The basement has all kinds of cracks and wholes that little critters can get into from the outdoors. In the kitchen behind the cabinets near the floor there is a one foot whole that has no wall nor is it sealed. It was like someone put a cabinet there to cover it up. A Few weeks ago I started getting water in through the roof of one of the bedrooms. I left a voicemail and got no response that week.
