Man last night everything was white and I for the 1st time got my car stuck in a ditch. It was horrible and I tried for hours to free myself. I needed help in a bad way , for real! Jason from citywidetowmishawaka came and pulled me out saved me a lot of money and I am grateful. Praise God and thanks soo much
My car broke down and I needed a tow. City Wide was called and arrived within 15 minutes of the call. Jose was very friendly. The tow fee was very reasonable. Because it needed to be towed to my mechanic after hours, City Wide offered to park my car in their lot until morning and then deliver to my mechanic once his shop opened. Next morning, they delivered my car as expected and texted me a picture showing it was delivered. Then I received a call from Jose confirming my car was delivered to my mechanic. What a great experience considering this was such a stressful situation. Thank you Jose and City Wide Towing. Highly recommend!
They was here within 30 minutes of my phone call even with the snow covered roads called me ahead of time to let me know he would be here soon and was very friendly and helpful answered all my questions was in and out with my truck in about 10 minutes would definitely recommend and will be using them anytime I need a tow thanks again!
