These guys are amazing, I had my septic pumped a month ago by them and no issues there but shortly after had a lot of gurgling sounds coming from my sink. I was able to talk to them and they educated me on how the system works and diagnosed the issue right over the phone so I could find the clog and fix the problem. It's nice to find a business that actually try to help people and not just make a buck. 5 stars from me!
The service was excellent as usual. But I had you come out 1 week ago and get my sewer working after a clog and THE CHECK STILL HAS NOT COME THRU. YOU REQUESTED I PAY WITH CHECK. This is unacceptable. Now I have to go thru the entire weekend hoping my account doesn't go negative. You need to handle this stuff better.

Emergency Services and to make sure he sent the right person for the job if needed. Loren and Scott were highly knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone and everyone.
