This is long overdue. Mr. Anderson installed a heat pump in my home. He was knowledgeable and gave me all the information on different options. He didn't try to influence me one way or another...just gave me the facts. He and his assistant were quick and the system runs like it should.
Just recently used this company (through a home warranty plan) and let me say this is the best experience I’ve ever had with any plumbers in my life time. Very reasonable prices, does great work, very friendly staff. The plumber told me he had a personal guarantee on anything he did, so if anything went wrong, to skip the warranty company and he will personally come make it right. Otherwise I had several issues with my warranty company, and trying get them to pay for everything (go figure). AC Phillips went above and beyond when talking with the warranty companies and myself. They helped me very much, kept me informed every step of the way, and I am so grateful for this company. If you are reading this review, it probably means you are considering using their service.
