Great computer tech, plus ships packages better than the UPS store. A real asset to the community.

I told him what the problem (bad hard drive) was when I brought the laptop in. I just wanted to know if he could retrieve my data. He said he would let me know. I finally at 4 PM jumped in the car to retrieve my laptop. When I arrived he told me that the problem was exactly what I told him that morning, a bad hard drive. I asked him if he could retrieve the data and he said he didn't do that there he would have to send it out. He charged me $75 and I didn't receive anything for it.
