Stopped in today with my mother to pick up a few things and Lisa did a wonderful job helping us out. I really liked how kind and welcoming she seemed, and just because of her I would consider visiting this location again in the future. She was respectful, knowledgeable, and approachable- helping me pick which specific product I needed and even testing it with me.
Unfortunately the product I ended up liking did have messed up packaging (not the employees faults) and when we went to check out the employee on the register was playing on her phone and didn't greet us until we were standing literally right in front of her, which was a little disheartening. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. Staff here are always checking on you to see if you need help. Very friendly, and I am an older woman and the lady recommend a younger skin care products which I really liked.
I had the best experience at Ulta in Michigan City, IN yesterday! I was looking for a Clinique foundation and Gaby who works there helped me. She couldn't find it, even though when she looked it up it showed there was one left. I appreciated the trouble she went to, to try to find it. I did purchase some eye shadow that was so beautiful. Thanks Gaby! I'll be coming back!
