This place has gone to hell since the original doctors opened and recently sold it. Went there and only ONE dentist was attending 3 buildings. The hygienist had to go get him from a different building, only to see me for less than 3 mins. The hygienist had to go get supplies from another’s room. Recently, they’ve been changing appt without our knowledge. We’re done with them.
I went in for a routine exam and they found a tooth that needed a root canal. They worked me into their already full schedule on the spot. Although there is nothing fun about a root canal, they effectively numbed me and performed the work quite efficiently on one of my lower front teeth. It is the day after as I am writing this review and although I am experiencing a little discomfort, several people have told me that that location is usually the worst area to have that procedure, and that the pain level is usually very high. So I give credit to the doctor and skilled technician who did such a great job with minimal pain!
Been there just 2 times, but for now I'm satisfied.
I was in pain and I visited my dentist.
My old dentist (Valpo Family Dentistry) recommended to pull out all 4 wisdom teeth and send me to dentist what is not in network for my insurance (Aspire).
Then I called Southshore Family Dentistry, and lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. She explain me everything about insurance and we set up an appointment (fast-next day). The same lady is on reception when you come in office and she is very nice in person to.
Staff prepare me for the dentist and they were great. Explain me everything and I feel comfortable.
