Larry Dalton company is excellent. I have had them out now a few times once related to A/C and other for Heating Maintenance. The guys are always friendly, good at explaining things, and honest. They are very courteous and respectful of your time by calling if they are running few minutes late. I have had encounters with several other HVAC companies in Chesterton, Michigan City and Merrillville, Larry Dalton staff is by far the most professional and efficient! 5+ Stars!!
TL;dr: This is the company to use. After my previous HVAC person (that I liked very much) retired, I needed to find a new company to prepare my furnace for the winter. I got some recommendations from neighbors, looked here on Yelp, and started making calls. Some voicemail, some exasperated office staff, some way overpriced quotes later, the decision was clear, Larry Dalton. The phone call was polite and informative. The service call was on time (actually early) and efficient. The technicians were polite. Other work was suggested, and explained well, (should be done but not dangerous or urgent). I will continue to use them, and suggest you give them a try
