I called Gene's in desperation to see if they could fix my septic aerator. I called multiple septic companies, including the one who regularly does our pumping, to fix the aerator and they all said that they have no experience with aerators and do not service them. Well, out came Louie and he was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and was able to fix our problem. He replaced the aerator and now we are up and running. Just absolutely the BEST!!!!!

Truly appreciate their professionalism and helpfulness. They came out a few hours after I called on a busy, frigid day.Not only did they clear my sewer at a reasonable cost, but they helped me adjust my washing machine drain to make it work properly. I'll be a permanent customer going forward.

We called Gene's in spite of being told no new customers were being taken on, Louie and his partner came within 20 minutes and got us unclogged and a broken pipe fixed good enough to get us by until next week when he will be back to replace the old pipes. Great service and great job and price!! Was a real lifesaver for us!! Definitely recommend!!Service: Drain unblocking
