Unable to reach anyone in the office. They dropped my mom from services and then didn’t do a discharge. So now I have to figure out how to get her ostomy supplies by myself. I’m struggling with no resources .

My 90 yr.old aunt has had their services several times following hospitalizations. Maureen has been the greatest PT, super observant and always aiming to maximize what my aunt can do. We've had great nurses, Michelle and Cindy, great OT Amy. Very satisfied ☺️.

Not good if you have a service dog. The original nurse was good but was replaced by one that made us remove the dog. Very stressful if I wasn't home to separate them. We requested a more service animal friendly nurse and we were refused. We were informed that they weren't able to provide for our needs.
