Staying here is a challenge. Trying to get luggage from the vehicle to the room is ridiculous. They don't have cart around. You have to walk all the Across the property to the bell desk.
You have to take an elevator from the parking garage and walk all the way around the building. Second set of elevators on the blue tower. They have a parking lot right next to the blue towers that's blocked off.
No maid service for 4 days. Had to get towels ourselves. Glad it was close to everything and won money.
Not very impressed. Most employees walked around grumpy. The casino cage lady was the only smiling face I seen.
They have really taken steps to upgrade the entire place and it shows. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Very good drinks in the casino and the slot machines were making the gambling fun.
We have been coming to the blue chip for decades and then we moved to Florida. We come back to Indiana twice a year and always stay here. Rooms are always clean and roomy. Didn't win on the slots but we still had a great time. My only complaint is the rise in beer prices and no monthly special like they used to have.
