However, there have been issues with lost property, specifically clothes, and some challenges in replacing them. The facility has recently been remodeled with new beds and furniture, and the outdoor area is beautiful. Patients are advised to form their own opinions, as experiences can vary. Some patients face significant challenges, such as stroke victims who can only blink and young people who have suffered traumatic accidents.
Staff is kind and helpful to their patients and visitors. I gave a three due to the patients being cold in their rooms because of boiler maintenance, I wish had been addressed before winter.
My brother Kenneth COOPER WAS IN THE FACILITY THEY TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF HIM. THE NURSING AND CNA DEPARTMENT WAS AWESOME THE ADMINISTRATOR REASSURED ME IF ANYTHING I NEEDED HE WOULD HELP ME.
My Family Member whom Lives here Has had a Full recovery, They Given her physical therapy, The Staff Has Always been Nice and Helpful. I dont know what my family would have done without Aperion. They treat her with such love and respect 🙏 They have my gratitude.
