The ladies at the front make the visit and wait worth coming to this location. I felt like I wanna say doctor Jennifer, was very diligent, knowledgeable and cared. This was my 1st visit and things happened here that haven't happened in the past. But I know technologies as well as procedures change. I will be back because I felt comfortable and entertained.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for accommodating me as a walk-in and providing prompt service. A special thanks to the front desk staff and Dr. Sydney Jenkins for the excellent care during my eye check-up.
One suggestion I would like to offer concerns the patient intake process. I noticed that Dr. Jenkins personally came to the lobby to call patients, despite having assistants available. In my opinion, it would be more appropriate for an assistant to guide patients to the doctor’s office, allowing the doctor to remain focused on clinical responsibilities. I just wanna start off by saying I received phenomenal customer service from every single employee here in this place means so much to me! Every time I come here I always leave smiling and the customer service representatives are very polite and kind. Not to mention, they’re very pretty as well 💖. They take their time to make sure i leave happy and satisfied 😃
