Great staff and all friendly
I’m shocked people are rating this place so low. I have been here and Munster, and both times they are done a FLAWLESS job. Nancy at the front desk? She knows her stuff. She knows how to get things in your file, how to bill the insurance and select the proper one (I’ve worked dental clinics, it’s not always easy), and just all around doing exactly what you’d hope and need on the clerk side of business. My hygienist was a woman with tattoos all down her arms and she was beyond sweet and clearly also knew her job well. Very friendly. I had the older woman dentist do my emergency appointment. After finding myself with lapsed dental insurance and trying to figure out how to get my teeth cleaned this clinic is a life saver. I am so grateful that they were able to offer a twice a year dental cleaning at a great out of pocket price. I highly recommend this dental clinic and the staff is wonderful and professional.
