Slightly dissatisfied with my last service appointment with Moses. I had new lenses put in and were apparently defective and needed to be replaced, at no additional cost to me, which is amazing. I’m so thankful for that. However, when I went in to have the replacements put in the lab technician broke my frames (Tiffany brand $200+) and they told me they were unable to replace them, in which I understand. However, making me pay for new frames was not what I anticipated since I was not the one who broke the frames in the first place. I haven't been there over 20yrs since my kids where small my insurance had changed and Moses was on there plan.They text me every holiday and every birthday and had kept me on there file.My new insurance has them on there plan I came back to get my eyes exam and as always they have been kind and helpful and picked out some beautiful glasses thank you Moses you have never changed keep up the awesome work I be back next year.
5 star rating to Dr. Alyssa Grkinich and Walleesa. They provided my daughter and I top tier service with knowledge and patience to ensure that we had the best experience at Moses Eyecare Center. Thank you ladies we appreciate you and we love our glasses. The front desk staff is rude and could use more training in customer service for sure.
