Super informative and friendly customer service representative. It was less than a week for them to replace the cracked screen on my laptop. Price was ok, but the hospitality definitely made up for it.

Roby was very helpful! I came to just get Google photos transferred over on my broken phone before I did a trade-in, which was cheaper than a full phone fix.
Roby had me double check my trade in price with Verizon. While in the fix store, I called, he told me what to ask & I ended up needing to have a working phone to actually get credit for my old phone towards my new phone.
In the end, it was cheaper to get my phone fixed and get the full trade in amount for a working phone with Verizon.
He was very informative and helpful. He truly cares about you as a customer vs just a quick in and out. I highly recommend him and I'll go back for my other needs.
