Dr. Rodriguez at Lens Crafters was very professional, nice, and thorough. She took the time to explain that all Lenses actually have the prescription marked on them (not visible to naked eye) toward the earpiece side and mine was on the nosepiece side. ..thus my lenses were on the opposite sides of my glasses also the prescription was too strong (all "thanks " to Moses Eye care).I will definitely see Dr Rodriguez next time I need an eye exam. She was fantastic.

I personally liked the entire experience. The staff was not only very professional, but they were also polite. The explanations were clear and understandable for me. Overall, I had a great experience with the staff there.

I was beyond pleased with my eye appointment with Dr. Rodriguez. She took her time to explain everything to me. She is very patient and caring. The staff at Sears is always knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and courteous. I've been coming to Sears for exams and glasses for years. I will continue to do so as long as the customer service remains the same.
