Our basement had a big drainage issue. Ben Clark (and Ron) did a great job fixing the drainage problem forever. Ben came the same day that we reported the problem and was there the next morning for the complete repair. All questions were answered and Ben also gave advice on continued maintenance. All was helpful. They are a great organization.

While attempting to repair a leaking drain at my mother-in-law’s house I had to remove the kitchen cabinet to discover the cast iron drain to the kitchen sink and bath tub had corroded out the bottom of the pipe and was buried under the cement slab floor. Downing Plumbing broke out the concrete, replaced the corroded drain pipe and replaced the concrete floor for less than half the previous estimate from Young plumbing. They were very efficient and came out and gave us the estimate and started work and finished the repair the same day but we had to allow the concrete to cure overnight.
